First 3-5 days
You will wear a band or dressing that protects and supports the ears. Mild discomfort, swelling, and some bruising are normal. Rest and avoid pressing on the ears or sleeping on your side over them.

Week 1-2
Swelling subsides and sutures are removed if not absorbable. Many people resume office or school activities. It helps to wear a soft band at night as advised to protect the result.

Week 3-6
The new contour looks more defined as swelling decreases. You can resume most activities, avoiding contact sports. The ear keeps settling into its new position.
- 04
Month 2-3
The result fully settles and the ears look natural and better proportioned. You can resume all activities, including sports. The scar behind the ear fades gradually, with follow-up from Dr. Hermes.
